Penny pitchers is such a horrible idea. I was too young for Shanahans but Nite Caps would do this and it was always a complete shite show.
One night after penny pitchers I walked on my roommates girlfriend naked on the living room couch with her arse in the air pissing all over the sofa like a geyser. My roommate then walking in naked with a full on and scooped her up in a firemans carry and brought her back to his room. At that very moment two more friends came stumbling in. One passed out in the doorway and spent the night there half way inside/half way outside the other went and laid right on the freshly pissed on couch, pulled a blanket over himself and puked all over it, apologized, cleaned it by flipping the vomit side of the blanket on to himself, Then passed out.
This all happened inside of 2 mins.

sounds like a pretty normal night, sometimes it could really get crazy though

Andy Jack's, Brass Rail had the best cheeseburger in town, and there was a place next to the Brass Rail, French Quarters?) that had 3 for 1 mixed drinks every Friday afternoon, forget the place next door to AJs but it was fun too

The good ole days. You could drink under age all over the strip back then without worrying as much about the ABC or running across many checkpoints. The Keg, Changes, Loose Caboose, Shanahan's. Everyone was in on the action.
