I'd take Harris to back Etling all day. That said, he earned another chance elsewhere and I hope he does great.

I would design some trick plays to best utilize his feet and experience in passing to keep defenses on their toes. I wonder if the coaching staff has considered maybe asking him to become a running back once the realization of him not being a starting qb is obvious?

Never say never. With his skill set, he doesn't have to "start". I watched spring practices live. Gamer. Same was said of blake Simms. Let's wait and see.

A lot of people thought Andrew Hatch, Anthony Jennings and Danny Etling would never start for LSU either.
