Not bashing, just asking: Does he have 3 other quality pitches?
Often times, guys that come in with 4 pitches really only have 2 effective pitches at best.
You are asking if a guy with a 96 mph fastball, drafted in the 18th round also has 3 other quality pitches?
Obviously, this guy is a project. Whether or not he'll work out will be based on whether Dunn can develop him in a short amount of time...not based on whether he's ready to be a Friday night starter when he walks through the door.

Easternrio doesn't know shite.
While this is always accurate, Sanders does have command issues. He walked more than a batter an inning, that's command issues. He's got good stuff, but he's definitely not polished.

Yeah more than a walk an inning is pretty bad. Maybe Dunn can help with that. I'm not having high expectation because like someone else said....Hunter Kiel.

Hopefully he can focus on his heater and maybe just 1 or maybe 2 other pitches, instead of 4 total.
We definitely need the arms next year.

His k/bb ratio is like Ebby Calvin Laloosh's

He will probably go into the season as our Fridya night guy immediately.
Not even close.

Sounds a lot like Hess. It seemed like Hess either struck out or walked the batter.
83 K's to 30 BB's in 61 innings doesn't sound like it's either a walk or a strikeout.

Yeah hess didnt have near the control problems this guy has. Hopefully he can work a fastball and one other pitch. Maybe take a little off down to 93-94 and maybe he could be effective.

Great local kid. Happy to have him in the P&G!!
Nice to have that big arm in the dugout. I'm not sure where everyone else is getting. Their stats but this year in CC he pitched 21.1 innings with 25 K's and 16 BB's. I think his dad this summer and the coaching staff will have him playing at his best come next season.
Geaux Tigers!!

Those are his 2016 stats. This past season was 2017.

Great reference btw.

He didn't say and I didn't ask. I'm sure he'll continue working with his Dad at his place in town though.

Million dollar arm and a three cent head meat

Hey Tool, 50 walks in 43 innings isn't "assuming" anything. If a pitcher can't throw strikes at this level we won't see much of him.
