I am genuinely asking, is that common practice to amend the disclosure form after the fact?
Its a moot point, if DJT wants him to have clearance, then he has clearance.

I don't think it is uncommon, but more than 100 is a lot.
I know I started security paperwork and it was daunting. I gave up in the middle of the process as I got a better job offer. It could be easy to screw up, but you would think kushner would hire someone to do it for him.

It's actually pretty common. I'm not saying that as an excuse in THIS case.

The genuine answer is yes.
I worked for the DOJ. Amendment of disclosures is common practice. If you want an additional confirmation, even from a liberal source, NPR had a big story on this and even they had to admit that a disclosure being amended is common practice.
