I'm talking about actual talent on the team. 2011 wins that going away. Just look at who moved on to the NFL from each team.

2006 team:
-Jamarcus Russell (1st round)
-Dwayne Bowe (1st)
-Craig Davis (1st)
-Laron Landry (1st)
-Glenn Dorsey (1st)
-Chevis Jackson (3rd)
-Jacob Hester (3rd)
-Early Doucet (3rd)
2011 team:
-Morris Claiborne (1st)
-Michael Brockers (1st)
-Keke Mingo (1st)
-Eric Reid (1st)
-Kevin Minter (2nd)
-Reuben Randle (2nd)
-Brandon Taylor (3rd)
-Bennie Logan (3rd)
-Tyrann Matheiu (3rd)
-Sam Montgomery (3rd)
I mean, it's pretty close either way. Both teams would have good arguments. I suppose you could say 2011 had more guys that have flourished in the NFL, but that doesn't necessarily equate to their production while at LSU. For example, Jamarcus is one of the best QBs in LSU history, regardless of how his NFL career turned out.
