You should be OK for this game. It was the same way for the Texas Bowl and the Wisconsin game. As long as you requested the higher price level, you should get the better seating assignment. Mine were really good for the last few events, and I'm not that high on the priority list.
Has anyone figured out which sections the $150 seats will be?

Plenty of tickets, all price levels, on the Mormon side, including lower level. Yes, sideline tickets in lower level range from $200 - $250

Called ticket office and was informed that specific seat assignments will be posted next Thursday 7/20.
