I would expect a delay, but nothing that will set you back too terribly much. I think my flight out (to orlando) was 45 min delayed and my flight back into BR was an hr or two. Nothing that broke my day... or my wallet

Everything is a la carte, your ticket gets you a seat on the plane. Bags,etc are additional. Pay those fees online before your flight. It is more expensive at the airport.
Not all their planes are older but they only fly each route 2-3x a week. As was mentioned earlier you may have delays but it's a nonstop so that shouldn't be an issue.
Seats are going to be crammed. Not a lot of legroom
