Exactly right. This is yet another prime opportunity for republicans to give the Democrats their own medicine, but they won't. This is where the Republicans can say not upholding this law is killing people, and actually be right I might add otherwise the law wouldn't be "Kate's law".
As far as the house growing some balls
But 9th circuit will strike it down and the fight begins.

Let 'em. If Trump wins this one as clearly as the travel ban, it will shut down the sanctuary city bullshite with the quickness.
Gosh, I wonder how "a wise Latina woman" would vote... hmmmm...
