Wait. I thought the OT believed that the mere accusation of rape was not sufficient to punish someone.
The hypocrisy in this thread is comical - The OT is calling for looser standards for proving rape; and touting a Buzzfeed article as the God's honest truth.
LOL

Its a national problem
The above says that out of 310 rapes reported to police nationally, 11 get referred to prosecutors (I'm assuming that means grand jury).
Its a problem everywhere, including Tuscaloosa and your own town.

I will not stop. Alabama used their power to make sure this guy gets off because he gives so much money to football. Had you or I raped a girl and stuffed her in our vehicle we would be in jail right now
Do you know how many people give money to Alabama, essentially every rich person in the state gives money to either Alabama or Auburn.

How does this tie into the UofA?
His family bought Saban's Home, and paid for their Practice field.
Big boosters.
Cops couldn't tell you who contributes to the program, but every cop could tell you who the really rich people in town are.
Now will they find an actual link to the university? Certainly possible, perhaps she went for counseling and wasn't taken seriously by someone actually affiliated with it.
Right now we have no information that I've seen which would suggest it

Show me specific evidence of that. Show me where anyone at the University made any police in the City of Tuscaloosa or Tuscaloosa County behave the way that they did.

I also find it strange that a local Tuscaloosa newspaper would come out defending Sweet T in a slanted article against a dead women.

She didnt get raped, your point?

That's a seperate problem all together. Rapes are really hard to prove, especially when vicitms wait to report it. That doesn't tell me people are not helping rape victims and covering up rapes. It tells me that we need to get better at investiagting them and educating people about what to do if raped.

It's a sad day in the south when Southern gentleman no longer rush to defend the honor of a young white Southern Belle but instead rush to defend institutions that Embrace Yankee social values
after it happened to my lacrosse team, I am not going to rush to defend anybody unless I know they are telling the truth.

There are many sites that have run this story, I simply link the top one. If you care to Google you will find a whole page of different sources.

and how does that prove that the University made the police behave the way they did? That's the Tuscaloosa Police, who are not controlled by the University of Alabama.

The girl in the Duke Lacrosse case was not raped. That was proven. It was a case of a dumbass DA trying to satisfy his voters.
