I have Eatel in Ascension.

If they have installed fiber in your neighborhood like they have in all of ascension... Pull the trigger

But it seems they are more than likely reselling Cox coax or ATT DSL to you. In that case, pass unless the price is appreciably better

we only have internet. All we do is stream which is why we pay for the top package... we haven't had any consistent issues until about 3 weeks ago. Now it seems like anytime we stream anything there is some type of buffering that occurs. When you call customer service they have you go to a website to test your download and upload speed and then brag that you are getting better numbers then what you are paying for.

Asked the customer service rep "if the numbers are so good then why do we keep having buffering issues?" To which his response we something to the effect of "I don't know but it isn't your internet"
