Just a question about the players and their hair - edited - Pictures Included

So, yesterday, Josh Smith shaved his head, Newman shaved the sides of his head and Hess and Reynolds dyed their hair black. Even Gibbs and Ochinco got in the act. Gibbs shaved his head and Ochinco is now blond like KRob. Beau Jordan is now bald as well. Cole Freeman was the barber. I am sure there were others, but this is all I know about. All this was done as a team and to inspire each other and to mix up the mojo, as baseball players are prone to do. I haven't seen or read 1 thread or post about their hair -- only Kramer's goldilocks (no, I didn't do a search either). Did I miss something? Are you just talking about Kramer because he is 0-8 and made an error? Is it not like the rest of the team was knocking the cover off the ball or throwing strikes.
I hope people realize that Kramer's family paid his way to LSU (no scholarship, didn't ask for one, didn't need one). He gave us 4 great years. Regardless of what you say, he will be a great ambassador for LSU, even if he doesn't make it to the big leagues. I hope he gives us 5 more games right now.
Some of the posts are funny, but the ones that attack him (or any Tiger) personally, just aren't very funny.
I might not be a big fan of some of the LSU athletic staff or athletes in some of the LSU sports teams, but they are all Tigers and I will always support those that wear purple & gold. It would be nice if we could start a few more threads uplifting our players instead of ridiculing them before a crucial elimination game.
I am sure those same losers will flame away at this post, but I don't really care about you anyway. Geaux Tigers!

People give KRob attention because they're mad he gets attention. It's fricking weird coming from middle aged men.

not sure why that matters.
But, we DID need another thread about this stuff.

As long as the players aren't getting trouble, people should let the kids live their lives and stfu.

Kramer is one of my favorite players. Mainly because he gets so much hate on here. The guy may love himself but there is no doubt he loves LSU and plays with more passion than just about anyone. If they make a run and win a few more games, I can almost guarantee Kramer will have a lot to do with it.

Maybe they would just prefer that other players, maybe those who contribute more to the team, get attention? Or maybe it's the monotony of knowing every single game there will be a piece on he, his mom, and his cleats? Just guessing here.

This is the last few days these guys will ever be together again.
Let them do whatever they want to try and bond together and play as long as they can.
After this week, the guys that were drafted will go start their minor league career which consists of games every night with bus rides from town to town playing in front of a lot fewer fans than they are accustomed too.
Minor league baseball is not about team, it's individuals trying to make it to MLB fighting their own teammates for that spot in their organization.
It can become a lonely lifestyle.
The rest of the players will never play baseball again.

You have pics of these other players? This is awesome to me. I absolutely think K-Robs hair is awful to look at.
But it's so fricking awesome and the appropriate time for the guys to have fun and do something crazy like that.

I'm sure the baseball team is filled with anguish right now as they read each negative thread on the rant.

I agree with this guy. Last year he came on so strong. Was hoping the young man would have had an all-american(1st team) season this year.
Dedicated passionate Tiger.

You could have made a less whiny, sanctimonious thread and posted pics of the other guys to get people talking about whatever you want them to talk about.
Kramer's hair is getting the attention because there are pics everywhere.
I agree Kramer is getting shite on too much, but you don't have to come at it like a bitch, IMO.

Usually followed a couple minutes later about why Greg Deichmann wears the face guard on one side of his helmet.

If this bothers you, don't watch.
