I've said this before, but naming the episode Lantern tells me one of two things.
The lantern burns chuck's whole house down and he either dies or gets committed and/or the lantern photo that mike took next to a stack of papers makes the malpractice insurance flip.
Either way, great season, and this quality of show makes me hate 10 episode seasons, I just want more. But I know making them short kills most of the filler. I just wish BCS had a 15 or so season run with a mid season break.

I wonder if there's any chance we have a Gene sighting in the finale. Maybe a Kim and Gene sighting in light of the last episode.

This could absolutely suck but it will be better than ESPN now.

I'm ready for some twists tonight.

Ouch! Chuck with the dagger. "You never really mattered all that much to me."

Something has got to happen, they have been squeezing this Chuck electricity thing for too frickin long

If I'm the executor, here's the pic I use on Chuck's obit.

Very sad episode. McKean is a great actor and nailed Chuck's role all 3 seasons. I have no clue where Gilligan's casting lady finds these charactor actors. They all are great. Lots of gut wrenching scenes. I always thought Howard would end up being good but that farewell scene was borderline sadistic

Can't believe this season is over already.
I want more.

I know most of us were tired of Chuck, but that fire lighting up in silence and straight to credits.. that was powerful..

My takeaway from the episode was that Jimmy realized his superpower was to destroy things. In order to repair the old women's relationships, he had to destroy himself.
He'll go through life subtracting from one group of people in order to add to the lives of others.

Last nights episode was legitimately one of the best episodes of television in any capacity I've seen in a while. It's intensity was Breaking Bad level. Just a superb job to end an excellent season

I'm getting tired of these 10 episode/season shows that take more than a year for the next episode.

Is it weird to simultaneously be glad Chuck's storyline is gone, yet still believe Michael McKean deserves an Emmy?
