As a 4 day trip maybe but Disneyland is so much better than Magic Kingdom. Pirates ride and Matahorn are great. They have a lot of rides unique to that park.

Took my first trip to Disneyland in January. I laughed when I first saw the castle. It's very small and underwhelming compared to the one in Magic Kingdom.
Some of the rides were much better like Pirates and Space Mountain. However, I was very annoyed with how much of each park shut down in the evenings for fireworks shows.
The other thing I noticed was that they didn't seem to be as onntop of maintenance and upkeep as WDW, which included several major rides going down throughout my trip.

people were waiting 4 hours yesterday
So they spent 17% of their day waiting for a 10 minute ride. Exactly how much did these folks spend to ride 3 rides in a day?

Would plan on doing 3 days there and then a few days elsewhere, maybe Universal, etc. I know much of it is similar but I'd like to see Cars Land, the Matterhorn Bobsleds, DL's version of HM, PotC, and SpMnt, etc.
I'm not expecting it to be better than WDW, especially since there's no Epcot, but just something different.

We left Disney the day before it opened. Not like I gave much of a shite. I will never go back to Disney unless I have two kids and they manage to be little ****s, otherwise we going fishing.

You waited an hour to take a ride????? That's just stupid...
A lot of people think it is dumb to sit three hours in the woods and never see an animal, spend 3 hours on a boat and never catch a fish or spend three hours chasing a ball around 18 holes. To each his own.
Not sure why you have to be so demeaning to someone that was doing something they enjoyed without harming themselves, others or society but I am sure you have your reasons.

Or go sit in 100 degree weather in the blazing sun with the only source of water around being dirty salt water.
