This is a fact. This is not an example of racism. Facts cannot be racist.
Cities, towns, villages, and generally any census-designated place in any part of any country in the world that have a disproportionately large black population have a hard time keeping their black populace from engaging in illegal and violent affairs.
The problem is the continual decline of the overall mental and physical health of black populations, and the governments, churches, and persons in power who encourage and enable this.
