Not all heroes wear capes

Same guys who used to throw milkshakes at the Kenner unit that would sit on I-10.

Not familiar with this tactic.
So that van sits there unmanned and records what exactly? Speeders?

My Lyft driver got pulled over and a ticket for speeding right there on Religious by Le Citron a few weeks back. The limo is set too low right there and on the other side on Tchop.

What is that?

Gotcha. I got caught on Earhart the other day.

A better method is to remove the license plate and speed back and forth in front of it.

This kind of law enforcement is like the schoolyard tattletale.
Man it must suck to live in a city where your government needs THAT kind of revenue to carry on daily business.

Does it still sit there? They've been doing that since I was a kid, but I haven't thought/noticed about it in years.

I love this. I might have to do this to the one the park on West End everyday.

At one point, they started humming the milk shake and following that up with French fries.
Not sure if it's still there. I think it is.

Mitch gotta get more of those "private donations."
ETA: I remember MANY years back when Kenner police cars would sit unoccupied by Williams and W. Esplanade. One day, someone left a box of donuts and a cup of coffee on it.

They have these in Denver. I don't think it's just a poor city thing.

I've always wanted to invent a mechanism to hide a license plate. Press a button in the car and a flap covers the license plate while you drive past these cars or get on and off toll roads. Would be awesome until you get caught.
