Apologize if discussed previously...what's the early read on FSU's SP and BP? Do they have the arms?

Their BP is pretty weak as well once you get past Drew Carlton and Will Zirzow. Carlton is pretty damn good.
All in all, I really like our chances against FSU. Crazy to think this team was on the brink of missing the field of 64 had they not won the ACC tournament...

I don't think that's accurate. 3 weeks before the ACC tournament they were on the brink of being left out. By the time they made a deep run in the ACC tournament they were a shoe in to make the field. The only question was whether or not they'd host.

Hasn't been released yet. LSU Sports app shows LSU playing Saturday on ESPN/2. Time TBD. Not sure how set in stone that is.

How in the WORLD did A&M get elevated to a #2 seed in the CWS? They just got in the TOURNEY, by the skin of their teeth.

A&M isn't the #2 national seed, they were the #3 seed in Houston's regional. The OP doesn't make it clear, but that just means they're taking the spot in the CWS where the #2 seed would have been, which was UNC (who lost to Davidson in their regional).
ETA: Florida State and Cal State Fullerton aren't national seeds either.

I haven't seen it announced either way. If I had to guess though, Florida and Wake are playing 1.5 games today, with the winner in Bracket B, so I'd say they'd wait to start that one until Sunday. That would mean Bracket A (our side) would start Saturday.
