Go to the farmer's market at the Ferry Terminal on Saturday and eat there. Go to Alcatraz, you'll need to buy your tickets in advance. It's worth visiting. Avoid Fisherman's Wharf, it's a tourist trap, the only reason to go there is there's an In 'N Out there. Walk through North Beach, and spend some time in neighborhoods, like the Marina or Cow Hollow. Go to Tartine bakery in the morning and have a morning bun and a cup of coffee.

Giants vs Twins MLB. That stadium is beautiful. I really enjoyed the games there of course that is if you like baseball.
