No. Intent may be relevant legally, but from a moral perspective what matters is whether or not your actions caused the deaths of others.

It is truly sickening how many Putin cocksuckers there are. The guy is genuinely a tyrant who violently supresses free speech, oversees a kleptocracy and wants to weaken the US.

A rather absurd view of morality. Under that formulation the only moral difference between a soldier shooting at the enemy and having his stray bullet kill a civilian and Hitler is scale.

Russian Valerie Putin told Megyn Kelly who asked him a question about the journalist being killed in Russia.
Putin answered, "you believe the CIA who killed John F Kennedy."
"And who keeps pointing fingers at other people for what they do?"
That was a surprising to me how Valerie Putin would say that on television. And I also must admit John F Kennedy's assassination in Dallas Texas always did look like an inside job to me too.
Hey, I have a novel idea about fighting the terrorist ideology. By running an more honest US government and making the media accountable to the public good.
