What an inspirational leader. The right man for the right times.

If everyone had guns, not necessarily. When no one but the bad guys have guns, there certainly will be a ton of casualties. But you can't argue that the bomb was as effective if not more so than a gun.
This is the dumbest argument there is. Knives are legal and free to carry in the UK...so why didn't we see civilians step in and start stabbing the terrorists? The same thing would be true with guns.
We should all be thankful the for UK's stricter gun laws because it saved lives again tonight. Imagine how many less casualties there would have been in San Bernardino and Orlando if our government wasn't bought and paid for by the NRA.

Am I wrong? How many people would have been killed in that Orlando nightclub with a knife?

This is an incredibly short sighted question. It's not a 2 choice hypothetical question. Who's to say the Orlando attacker wouldn't have used a car bomb or barred the doors and started a fire or waited until the club closed and mowed people over with a rental truck? The casualties would've likely been even higher in those instances.
Again the shallow leftist talking point in these cases is always about the method and means, never about the motivation. The ideology of hate and violence that is festering unchecked in these communities is what needs to be addressed, not the tools of their destruction.

All of this. And they refuse to consider the individual's right to defend himself. As if we are just supposed to stand there and allow a knife wielding jihadi to hack away at our children because liberals can't fricking handle a scary gun.

quote:Firearms are a force equalizer, meaning a 90 pound old lady can be just as effective in stopping a threat as a 250 pound young man. That's not true with knives. Also, with a firearm, you can fire from a distance. To stop someone with a knife, you have to get right up on them, which a lot of people are unwilling or unable to do.
This is the dumbest argument there is. Knives are legal and free to carry in the UK...so why didn't we see civilians step in and start stabbing the terrorists? The same thing would be true with guns.

I suppose you ignore (or don't see) the countless examples where bad people with guns are stopped by good people with guns here in the US.

Since we're going in to hypothetical restriction of rights, how many would have been killed in that Orlando nightclub if there was no Islam?

Isn't it amazing how liberals still can't understand why he was elected?
This is why. This is what people want in a leader. They dgaf if he has 2 scoops of ice cream or misspells a word in Twitter. They are tired of useless, effete globalists running our country. They just want someone who is strong and cares about them.
It's just that simple.

Everyone of those tweets is right on the money.
Thank God Hildabeast isn't our President, or else her vertically-challenged AG would be lecturing everybody about the evils of Islamophobia. Again.
