Btw there are multiple elite tier players on those two teams and bunch more useful ones.
Elite players include CMC, Tyreek, Kittle, and Hopkins. All first round startup worthy players.

Well shite. Yeah, not very fair to the Thoms of the league to have bottom dwellers get high draft pick in rookie draft and then be able to grab CMC or Tyreek in a second draft.
