She should receive no governmental actions.
Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. That amendment is one of the cornerstones of America and it is there specifically to protect speech you don't like. Government forced censorship and punished for speech is an ignorant crutch currently championed by SJWs and the left

In the private sector she should, however, be fired, not be booked anywhere anymore, and someone should make a disgusting porno wearing her head and show it to her friends and family, and she should be ridiculed and rebuked in the streets.
