Yes it is. You are basing a judgement entirely on race. Just be proud of your racism. No need to pretend you aren't racist.

And riddle me this. What's the racial makeup of the south side of Chicago?

Correct. The shitty local government is to blame.
bullshite aside, have a nice trip? I have some family that live in Chicago who I'll probably be visiting soon. Never been. Really looking forward to it.

That is all you weak-minded liberals have. "Racissss".
I refer to a previous comment I made today.

However let me be very clear. If you have perceived my comments as racist. I do not give a rat's arse.
You are a member of the Perpetual Victims Club. Being tagged racist, Homophobe, Islamophobe etc. by your ilk is actually a badge of honor.

That part.
Yup. That part is racist.
What is weird and scary is people saying it isn't.
Just like that neo-reb twenty-something years ago on alt.civilwar who said that 'Perpetual Union' doesn't mean perpetual union.

"The flag should not be used as "wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery", or for covering a speaker's desk, draping a platform, or for any decoration in general (exception for coffins). Bunting of blue, white and red stripes is available for these purposes. The blue stripe of the bunting should be on the top.[6]
The flag should never be drawn back or bunched up in any way.
The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.[7]
The flag should never be used for any advertising purpose. It should not be embroidered, printed, or otherwise impressed on such articles as cushions, handkerchiefs, napkins, boxes, or anything intended to be discarded after temporary use. Advertising signs should not be attached to the staff or halyard.
The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way.[8]
The flag should not be used as part of a costume or athletic uniform, except that a flag patch may be used on the uniform of military personnel, firefighters, police officers, and members of patriotic organizations.
Flag lapel pins may also be worn (they are considered replicas) and are worn near the heart.
The flag should never have any mark, insignia, letter, word, number, figure, or drawing of any kind placed on it or attached to it.
The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.
The flag should never be stepped on.
In a parade, the flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of a vehicle, railroad train, or boat. When the flag is displayed on a motorcar, the staff shall be fixed firmly to the chassis or clamped to the right fender.[9]
When the flag is lowered, no part of it should touch the ground or any other object; it should be received by waiting hands and arms. To store the flag it should be folded neatly and ceremoniously."

Right. It is like that commercial where the guy is making funny faces and the boss says, "Smith, this isn't a conference call. I can really see you."
Apparently they don't get that they are openly admitting racism.

The United States Flag Code establishes advisory rules for display and care of the national flag of the United States of America. It is Chapter 1 of Title 4 of the United States Code (4 U.S.C. § 1 et seq). This is a U.S. federal law, but the penalty described in Title 18 of the United States Code (18 U.S.C. § 700) for failure to comply with it is not enforced. In 1990, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in United States v. Eichman that prohibiting burning of the U.S. flag conflicts with the First Amendment right to freedom of speech and is therefore unconstitutional.[1]
