Jacobs' account of what happened contradicts the Fox reporters' accounts

Unfortunately for the Fox reporters, when Jacobs appeared on Georgey boy's show this morning, Jacobs contradicted their account and supported Gianforte's account of what happened.
When asked what happened, Jacobs said that Gianforte first grabbed the recorder which Jacobs had put in Gianforte's face and that's what started the whole scuffle.
Now how could Gianforte grab Jacobs by the neck with BOTH HANDS when Jacobs admits Gianforte grabbed his recorder with his hand and that's when the scuffle began?
Jacobs' account of how the scuffle began matches Gianforte's account of what started the scuffle which was after Gianforte told Jacobs that he would respond to Jacobs' question later, Jacobs said that would be too late and he stuck his recorder in Gianforte's face so Gianforte grabbed the recorder to push it away and Jacobs grabbed Gianforte's wrist then the two of them fell over and hit the floor.

I really don't care about the details, this guy belongs in jail, not Congress. You can't assault people.

Pretty hard to accurately remember the specific of being choked, bodyslammed, and punched in the face.

Follow me here as this gets kinda out there.....maybe after the scuffle began he let go of the recorder And used both hands to assault Jacob?

I'm fairly sure the courts have ruled you can't just invade a person's personal space and do what you want....like shove a recorder in someone's face after they told you to stop 2 times.
