Gianforte was definitely the one that was out of control.
Do you just make this sh!t up to fit your narrative?
Here is the Stephanopoulos show video. LINK

60 years ago, if someone shoved a mic in another man's face after that man told him to leave him alone, and the man with the mic got his assed kicked, everyone would have said, "he had it coming." Mr. Mic would have been laughed off and told to get a life.
You are imagining a past that didn't exist. It probably would have been misdemeanor assault then as it is now. The difference is the coverage itself.

So yes-frick gaping, weeping vaginas like Mr. Mic and everyone who thinks he didn't need his arse kicked. They are what is wrong with a large portion of society.
I'd prefer it if the rule of law that we've developed be respected by all involved, going both ways. The whataboutism that invariably will be your reply is symptomatic of that pussification as well. I can judge that Jacobs may have been wrong with his persistence while at the same time Gianforte was wrong with his reaction.

No offense, but I'm guessing it's because a) polygraphs are unreliable and b) they don't care enough
Meh, in other words, that's just the skeptics' excuse because they are afraid both my brother and I will pass the polygraph with flying colors.
With everything we claimed we saw during the sighting that day, if we weren't telling the truth there would be no way one of us wouldn't flunk at least one question in the polygraph test.

I was alive 40 years ago, and it existed then, as well. It would have been a misdemeanor, but no one would likely have been charged. I got in several fights in high school and college, and a couple as an adult. I've been punched first, sucker punched, etc. I never saw the need to file charges against anyone, ever, even when a fight wasn't my fault. It's called having a pair.

No whataboutism's here. Rule of law, or whatever you want to use as an excuse, is no excuse to ram a mic in someone's face after he has asked you to leave him alone. It's just something for pussies to hide behind to defend their actions.

What do you claim I am making up?
You're combining the events of the released statement (which no one has confirmed and the audio contradicts) then mixing up the sequence of events that occurred on the tape.
If he entered his personal space and shoved the recorder in his face, then why does the audio contradict that?
Why are you civil with that behavior one minute, then assault someone the next?
You're slipping pieces of fiction into the story, kind of like how you keep slipping a mythical beast into your San Francisco Bay story.

You realize there can be two parties wrong in a situation, and one more wrong than the other? There is no reasonable reason for Gianforte putting his hands on Jacobs save for Jacobs physically attacking him. He could have extricated himself in numerous ways. That his reaction the day before the election, one in which he had plenty of interactions with Jacobs before, was to resort to be physical is a strong indication he shouldn't have run for public office at all.
And Rule of Law isn't an excuse. It's the fundamental aspect of Republican government. I believe in the Republic more than I believe in any of these politicians or journalists. If the situations were reversed what would people be saying?

Did you listen to the audio of the exchange between Gianforte and Jacobs that took place before the scuffle began?
Gianforte very civilly told Jacobs that he would answer Jacobs' question later and after Jacobs refused to leave Gianforte told him to talk to one of Gianforte's people but that wasn't good enough for Jacobs.
Jacobs had to be a big shot and keep sticking the recorder in Gianforte's face so Gianforte grabbed the recorder in order to push the recorder out of his face. That's when the scuffle began.

I can't view YouTube videos but I don't have to because I watched what Jacobs said on Georgey boy's show.
Are you going to claim that Jacobs didn't say that Gianforte grabbed the recorder?

Jacobs then began to say that there wouldn't be time later,
Then Gianforte says speak with Shane and before any other words are spoken he is assaulted.
So if he's so civil, and he would speak with him later, why does he not tell him to leave right then and there? After all, you have a recorder in your face right? Why would you pass up an opportunity to put that on record?
Why does it go from "Speak to shane" to immediately grabbing Jacobs?
You know you're so wrong hear that you're now refusing to listen to the audio or watch the tape.

Which one are you claiming was "more wrong" than the other?
Do you have a video of Gianforte first putting both of his hands on Jacobs' neck as the two Fox Reporters originally claimed or are you just believing that's what happened even though one of the reporters is now changing her story and saying she doesn't know for sure that Gianforte first put any of his hands on Jacobs' neck.

Meh, the fact that Gianforte was very civil to Jacobs before the scuffle happened proves that Gianforte tried to handle the situation without getting physical.
Then when Jacobs refused to leave and have his question answered later or by one of Gianforte's people and stuck the recorder in Gianforte's face again then Gianforte grabbed the recorder in order to get it out of his face.
Jacobs could have let it end there but he resisted by grabbing Gianforte's wrist to try to pull the recorder out of Gianforte's hand and that's when the scuffle began which I consider a mutual combat.
Jacob just got the worst of the mutual combat.

Why are you trying to switch the subject to an absurd hypothetical scenario which would never happen?

You just make shite up and when you are wrong you just keep adding made up facts and try to pivot the argument. Pitiful. And dishonest.
This turns out to be just another one of your made up "fish" stories.

It's too bad he didn't kick the shite out of this guy a while ago. he would win by even more and it would add insult to "injury"
I love how the guy's voice is trembling and he's about to cry...what a fig

There was a second or so of silence after Gianforte told Jacobs to talk with Shane and that is when Jacobs stuck the recorder in Gianforte's face again then Gianforte grabbed the recorder in order to push it away from his face and Jacobs tried to get the recorder out of Gianforte's hand. That is when the scuffle began.
BTW, don't you agree that on Georgey boy's show Jacobs said it all started with Gianforte grabbing Jacobs' recorder?

Okay now it's clear that you're just making things up.
I don't know why I expected anything different from a person that claims that they found the chupacabra in a dumpster or whatever.

Meh, I'm not making up anything including my "fish" story.
Why are you refusing to admit that on Georgey boy's program Jacobs said Gianforte first grabbed the recorder Jacobs stuck in Gianforte's face?
When Jacobs tried physically to stop Gianforte from grabbing the recorder and pushing it away then everything that happened after that was a mutual combat.

It's very clear that the audio contradicts your fanfiction of the whole incident.

I am claiming that on February 5, 1985 my brother and I saw an unknown serpentine marine animal at least 60 feet in length which is commonly called a sea serpent beach itself directly in front of us only 20 yards away and when it twisted itself away from us to get off the submerged rocky ledge and back into deeper water we saw the entire animal except for its tail exposed above the surface of the water.
I am also claiming that 19 years later we were able to get a 3 1/2 minute video of several of these large unknown serpentine marine animals swimming in the area of SF Bay between Alcatraz Island and Angel Island.
I am also claiming that since our first video we were able to get two more videos of one of these large unknown serpentine marine animals swimming in SF Bay.
On the other hand, you don't even have the balls to accept our challenge to skeptics like you.
What are you afraid of?
