I know you OT folks all make that 6-digits, but what would you put an acceptable number at?

$40K?

$60K?

Well this depends on your circumstances obviously.

I need around 500k to live the life I am accustomed to.

Depends on what you do.

$60k is unacceptable for an astronaut, but reasonable for a restaurant manager.

honestly, I'd gauge it more on $/hr.......

$100k / year working 34 hrs a week is far better than the same working 75+ hrs

Everybody on the OT makes WELL over six figures and looks down on anything less, despite Louisiana having a poor economy and a median household income of around 45K

There are probably relatively few restaurant managers making $60k.

I would be happy with 65k a year right now. That's working 40-45 hours a week.

I make an embarrassing amount of money as an enlisted sailor
