So if you make all NBA some guys like Paul George could have had huge deals. So max contracts are based upon voting by humans. Wtf the NBA is rigged I swear this and the lottery

You can watch the lottery in its entirety on Yahoo.
That's the opposite of rigged.
In terms of the All-NBA selection, that was a sticking point in the last CBA, and the vote for All-NBA was a compromise solution, one which the NBA writers really dislike.

Journalists deciding who can get max contracts based on their all pro votes is so stupid.

Yahoo got into some of this yesterday.
What All-NBA honors mean for some of the league's biggest stars.

So you don't think the most popular player (and jerseys/merchandise) should get the most money?

Gordon Heyward isn't worth a max deal even if he made an All-NBA third team.

Wtf the NBA is rigged
Players rigged the league against themselves?

This is not an accurate statement. Max contracts are based on your number of years in the league (and whether or not a team is willing to pay you that much money). There are 3 levels of Max, 25%, 30% and 35% of the cap. The new Designated Player Extension allows players that meet certain requirements to get access to the 35% level of Max 2 years earlier than they normally would similar to how the "Rose Rule" let's certain guys on their 2nd contract get access to the 30% level Max early. Were you equally outraged when that rule was added to the 2011 CBA? Because the media vote on the MVP too which is a criteria of the Rose Rule. Most people thought it was a good thing that someone voted by 3rd parties to MVP or All Star starts could get paid more.
Also, the players agreed to the system that lets the media decide whether they get what is essentially a productivity bonus in the CBA. If they had wanted this decided by a "vote of their peers" I really don't think the league would have objected. Whether it's the fans, players, coaches or media voting the problem is that there are always going to be "snubs" simply because there's not much separating the 3rd team All NBA players and the top "Honorable Mention" players.
