Freeman left the game before this happened. Braves have been hit 7 times in the series and might be without Freeman for who knows how long. Blue Jays had complained about Swanson dropping a line drive for a double play and complained about getting quick pitch.

Not reading this whole thread, but Freeman was already out of the game because he got hit in the hand by a pitch. Freeman was the seventh batter hit by the Jays in less than three games. Tensions were already high when Bautista hit his homer due to all the hit batters (especially Freeman) and Kevin Pillar being a giant bitch about striking out the inning prior and calling the Braves pitcher a fa**ot.
