Let me dig into my list...

I'll start with Gray Tiger on tRant, he's utterly useless. Breauxmosexual on ST, yikes, that dude...

Haha, I jest, carry on and RIP Chris Cornell.

RIP

Temple of Dog is still my favorite work of his. I guess looking back at it though Chris probably always struggled with depression which I can relate a lot to.

Probably so. Just all of his lyrics. We love them because we can relate at times. But if it all the time???

I happened to be listening to the joe rogan podcast with Sturgill Simpson. Can't recall who they were talking about. But art in general. Sturgill made some point that "show me an artist that's not damaged and I'll show you some bad fricking art.

I think this is very true. Music also is generally capturing a snapshot in time.

Temple of the Dog was great for me because I could hear that collaboration. Cornell and Vedder belting on Hunger Strike is pure awesomeness.

But bands and music hit a plateau of when they connect the most. The best still impact or carry legacy, but it's never the same as during the moment. It's also why you can't talk people into liking a sound or artist, only introduce them to it.

Most bands produce 1 or two good albums with 5-6 good songs and theyre out of creativity.

Apparently he accidentally took too many Ativan.

I think all the signs are there though that he had it planned.

I've read all of this. I thought that there may be some new information.
