1 and 2 are true. though one can argue if Spicer was "hiding" or just "taking refuge" or whatever. Clearly he did not want to be filmed.

Number 1 is not true, even wapo retracted that. Number 2 is NOT true, the man himself issued a statement that the story was a lie.
Number 3 has already been testified to by a hrc man. He happens to be leading the fbi right now. He stated that it is not even the proper channel to get resources from. That it takes place emsewhere.
