Heard a guy on CNN actually say that even if this story is NOT true, that it hurts America and therefore Trump needs to go.

But you'll notice none of them denied the core of the story. That Trump revealed classified information.
They said that the story, as reported, is false, and then specifically denied that Trump revealed sources, which no one claimed he did to begin with. They also refused to take questions.
If the story that Trump revealed highly classified info were false, they would have immediately denied it.

The denials denied things that weren't even asserted in the report. They were weak non-denial denials.
