I don't listen to too many live albums, so I am far from an authority on this, but my two favorites are:

Built to Spill- Live
Talking Heads- The Name of this Band is Talking Heads

Two more recent ones that are really good are:

Sufjan Stevens- Carrie and Lowell Live
LCD Soundsystem- The Long Goodbye
