Black people: this can be a defining moment for you

"And when a defining moment comes along, you either define the moment, or the moment defines you."
- Roy McAvoy
Assuming the Alton Sterling decision is announced today, and assuming there are no indictments, and further assuming that the results of the investigation are announced and say that that Sterling threatened the officers and forced them to make a deadly choice, then I say to you this...
Rise up! Now is the time to come together and let the world know of your power. Now is the time to set the tone for race relations of the future. You know this can't be allowed to continue. This path is disastrous to every black person in America. Now is the time to unite and with one voice say the words that will rock this nation to its core:
"We understand."

Social media mass thinking won't let it happen. There are too many idiots out there that will ruin it for others, unfortunately.

I like this one. One point goes this way, the other point goes that way and the OP is just like, "Whatdaya want from me?"

They've had enough defining moments. I think we can define them now.
Posted on 5/2/17 at 8:37 am to PrivatePublic
The fact that you started off a thread with "Black People:" means you're just as ignorant as the people you're trying to reach.

Not gonna happen, for a few reasons. Paid protesters, SJW's, and also people of color get extremely butt hurt. If a bunch of white people got shot by the cops, no one would give a frick.

Yes! Burn a bunch of shite! Break a bunch of stuff that isn't yours! YES I SAY! Declare this day yours! Not because of some noble cause, NAY I SAY. But because hell, white people are all racists and deserve to pay! Loot, shoot, and pillage! Let not one Caucasian owned stone go unturned! Wait, who is Alton Sterling? NAY IT DOES NOT MATTER , FIGHT FOR YOUR BROTHERS

Nice job quoting a washed up golfer wearing a beer stained t-shirt with a sausage hanging out of his mouth, working in an Armadillo infested driving range.

There's too much money to be made off of stuff like this to let that happen

they always chant "no justice, no peace" so if they find the shooting justified why would they protests? peaceful or not justice has been served...unless by justice they mean the officers should go on trial since they have already deemed them to be guilty. They really need to get their shite together with their use of the word justice.

I'm trying to imagine how many unicorns and candy canes I'd have to see before believing that there's a snowball's chance in Hades for any of that to happen.
