Good to see you're coming around, though.

So again . . .
You spent quite a bit of time arguing partial repeal of obamacare somehow was simpatico with your position, or that of Dems.
Please link Lewis or another democrat stating they'd like to repeal a portion, any portion, of obamacare.
Or, if you cannot do that, then . . .
Please link Lewis or another democrat stating they'd be willing to consider repealing a portion of obamacare.
Or, if you cannot do that, then . . .
Please note the portion of obamacare you'd be willing to see repealed.
Or, if you cannot do that, then . . .
Please by all means, duck and dodge, and don't answer.
Folks will see it for what it is.

In one particular survey, sure. It was phrased with 3 options - No change, repeal some parts, repeal the entire thing. Given those options, the middle is clearly not in the same vein as the 'repeal it all' answer. That should be easy to understand, but two of you are resisting it because it shows how poor your stance is if you remove the cognitive dissonance.

This thread is silly
It is actually illuminating as to lengths socialists will go to mislead, misdirect, lie, or otherwise obfuscate in an attempt to carry a point.
The bonghuffer stuff mid-thread was frankly embarrassing, just awful. BamaAtl is simply a lib who doesn't understand business, and the thought he might have to is terrifying. Better to push for a system where someone can serve as "the man" to sign his paycheck.
. . . . or maybe they are one-in-the-same

repeal some parts
Can you name a congressional democrat interested in "repeal of some parts"?
Can you note the parts you would repeal?
I can name the parts I'd repeal.
I can name the parts I'd keep.

You posted a poll where the options were to let healthcare fail or try to make it work.

lol.
You have to have quite a high level of dissonance to be criticizing Clintonites for looking past Clinton's big lie and a consensual blowjob while standing behind pussy grabbing Trump and his daily word vomit of lies and BS.
At this point no party can claim they own the moral high ground in modern politics.

Yeah, that was his only issue...
Clinton was the worst President since most of us were born.

Neither comes close to Clinton. We're still feeling the effects of his stupidity.

I was healthy all of my life, always insured with good companies and plans, but recently had a life-threatening health event. I have private insurance, and 2 and 1/2 days from the ambulance to the ER to surgery, to the ICU costs almost $70,000. Of this number my insurance company, Coventry, paid about 1/2 of the bill. I am fighting Conventry and the hospital to get this lowered. I pay expensive premiums. Our insurance systems are broken - private coverage and ACA. It is absolutely time for single payer health coverage for all. Having worked and lived in Canada and Europe in the past, their health care programs are far superior to ours, and few people in these companies go broke and file banckruptcy for getting sick like in the US. BTW, I have money in the bank and can pay my bills, but it is wrong what our US health care is doing to us.

I've worked with two ex-pat brits who both shipped adult-aged children over here for medical care --100% out of pocket - instead of getiting "free" NHS care.

People have odd priorities.

But the solution to bad insurance is not bad medicine.
What this fellow doesn't understand though, nor do other UHC proponents, is that care degradation inevitably accompanies a nonmedical bureaucracy being placed in charge of a nation's health care.
One need only glance as far as our tort system to see the impact of nonmedical intransigence on a medical system. There is no one, and I mean no one who does not recognize (at least to some extent) the expense and damage ambulance chasers uniquely impact upon our system. Yet our intransigent bureaucracy refuses to appropriately address it.
Now UHC proponents want that same bureaucracy in charge of our entire system. The supposition is that once in charge of everything, they'll get better, somehow.
In the case of Canada, I guess these UHC proponents think the need for rapid transport and timely treatment of head trauma hadn't occurred to the neurosurgical staff at McGill Medical School where Natasha Richardson eventually arrived brain dead 4hrs after leaving her hotel in an ambulance.
Because obviously if lack of available neurosurgical resources, or lack of timely transport were a recognized LETHAL weakness, Canada's bureaucrats would have responded immediately.
Surely nonmedical pencil-pushers would not have allowed murderous loopholes to persist in their medical system if they knew about it. Certainly in a situation where neurosurgeons per capita is one-half that of the US, the bean-counting bureaucrat bastards in charge of funding the Canadian medical system would have at least purchased ONE EFFING HELICOPTER! for medical transport to one of the top medical programs in their country where Canada's scant neurosurgical resources were actually located!!!!
Canadian bureaucrats must just not have been told over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over-and-over about glaring insufficiencies in the system. Otherwise they'd have hopped right on it.

Valid, considering Trump has said he has considered withholding CSR payments to force failure upon the marketplace.

Jesus, you were born after January 2001?
They're letting younger and younger kids into the military these days, I guess.
