I think he is on the money. I think many terrorist attacks are manufactured by the CIA and other intelligence agencies to help implement their agendas both nationwide and worldwide
I take every terrorist "attack" with a grain of salt these days.

Nah. Putin must have an enemy to survive. And Islam isn't an enemy. So tie terrorism to the US and blame it on the US and poof. All of the economic and other domestic problems get ignored.

If that was even our actual goal (monopoly on global terrorism) Putin way over sold the hypothetical efficiency of a government agency.

Was this journalist at the meeting himself? Those are pretty specific quotes from this "behind closed door" meeting and I don't even see any reference to a source. I'm guessing that wouldn't fly if Putin didn't want those quotes out. Is this more or less how the media is used in Russia?
