KOTOR Possible Reboot or New Game?

Among these projects is a remake, or possibly re-imagining, of the classic Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic RPG. “I don’t know when this is set to come out, but it has been in development for a little while now,” he said, as transcribed by SW Game Outpost.
“I’ve heard that it isn’t exactly a remake anymore, but it started as a remake/revival. Now it’s kind of going from that blueprint in sort of its own original thing. I guess we’ll see what that turns out to be, but they are prototyping it right now,” he revealed.

Can't wait to see how bioware manages to make Star Wars boring via mmo-inspired fetch quests.

They already did that with SW:TOR.
I would imagine anything KOTOR-related would have to be a reboot as the KOTOR era is Legends EU. Sure, they could re-introduce it to canon, but it's not likely. Certain aspects of KOTOR have already been retconned as it is.

a KOTOR remaster in 1080p sure would be swell though. They don't even have to update the graphics. Just give us native 1080p like the last KOTOR II patch and port both games to consoles.
