So I'm sitting here at TGI Fridays ..

And I'm eating the $10 endless apps which is undoubtedly the best value in American restaurants right now.
Why do these nerds give you all these carbs (like the loaded potato skin) knowing it'll fill you up early? What are some good strategies for maximizing value out of this $10?

Mozzarella sticks and the boneless wings are pretty good. I don't think I've ordered anything but those two in the last 6 years.
