Do it more? There is no more...just more efficiently....Obamacare didn't create millions of new people just millions of insured people...they were being treated anyway, insurance or not....

This is a very basic principle of business....when you suffer a loss the expense MUST be passed onto the consumer no matter what....unless of course you go out of business...Providers seldom if ever turn anyone away....it is damned difficult for someone who has dedicated a huge chunk of their lives and money to educating themselves in how to ease human suffering not to do just that when they can....even if the suffering human has no way to pay, most providers will do what they can....no, they probably won't perform an organ transplant (many do just that thought for free) but they will, for instance, set a broken bone.....and the next bastard that comes through the door with a broken bone is going to pay for 2. If you pay for health care you are paying for people who steal it, period....no law is ever going to change that....the only answer is to somehow convince providers not to treat people who can't pay....and that is waaaaaayyyyyyy above my pay grade....

Most people "insured" have been moved to Medicaid, which doesn't pay enough to cover costs.

There's still cost-shifting going on, brossiere.

I suspect you are either lying or you work for the government, and your Democrat-led state legislature WILL NOT shift costs to their government employees as a cover for O'Dumbfrick.

Kind of the point of insurance. Everyone pays in and the people who suffer an unpredictable event (such as difficult pregnancy/birth defects) are covered.
