Not changing his tune, says he didn't know if President was a participant in the exchanges that were picked up. The theory is that they were using existing FISA warrants, when say 2 Russians were talking and a Trump topic/discussion took place the information was compiled and unmasked and disseminated. Rep. King inferred that they had compiled a ton of info regarding plans, whereabouts, etc.

Tend to agree, but the dissemination and unmasking is highly unethical and illegal as well.
