picking the date of the impeachment of Donald T

quote:
An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers [it] to be at a given moment in history; conviction results from whatever offense or offenses two-thirds of the other body considers to be sufficiently serious to require removal of the accused from office.”
– then-House Minority Leader Gerald R. Ford’s remarks in the House Congressional Record, April 15, 1970
Ford’s prescient words from 47 years ago underscore how politics drives the impeachment process through a loose constitutional framework that states:
“The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” (U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 4)
Precisely because the Founding Fathers’ grounds for impeachment are so pliable, and the nation is so polarized, not a day passes in the media universe without one hearing or reading the word “impeachment” applied to President Trump after only seven weeks in office.
That explains why the phrase “Trump Impeachment” yields 15,700,000 hits on Google.

in effect, the 2018 election will be a referendum on Trump.
he lied about the wall and took money from half a dozen national security agencies to help pay for it and to punish IC for not being all in, vote D
a particular bill of impeachment makes sense to you based on the statements of its author on TV and TD, but its stuck in committee, vote D
my personal favorite, the new health care bill is passed and you find it worse than Obama in cost or effectiveness in your life or the lives of family members.

at any given moment there are from 3 to 8 Trump threads on the first page.
if someone isn't thinking about Trump, are they watching Honey Boo Boo?
right now its the US attorneys. NY dude was part of the flush. he is waiting to get his letter telling him he is canned. he is not quitting gracefully.
He probably gets better benefits if he is canned.
He may be 3 days from retiring with full benefits, including health care plan Federal PPO and the federal dental plan.
I have them. PREMIER.

I hope he isn't impeached. I don't think I could stay awake if Pence took over. Besides, what would our chief foreign policy adviser, Jared Kushner, do if Daddy-Donald wasn't around to make him seem important?

There is a better chance of a retroactive impeachment of Barry Saetoro. There is certainly stronger grounds.

You are a true a-hole. You want to impeach Trump if his health plan is worse than obamacare, but you didnt want to impeach Obama for passing the aca which made the American health care system exponentially worse, gave government control of 20% of the economy, and cost the taxpayers over 1 trillion dollars. That Bill was purely partisan, passed using tricks, and details were kept from the public. It's forever a black eye on congress and a burden to the people.

So you're a federal employee? No wonder you're riding herd over the gravy train.

First, we'd never be having this as a point of conversation had the Dims not passed the original legislation to see what was in it.
Second, I agree that this is one concern I do have since there's no clear direction for the new bill.
This doesn't have anything to do with Trump though, but rather the Republican controlled Congress.
