Have they stopped patching and bug fixing Xbox or Sony OS's? Or are those completely built out 100% no bugs, no needs at this point?

I'd be fine if it's features that just aren't working properly. But were talking about functionality that they clearly had no intention of being there but will now have to patch in because everyone is like "what the hell".
