We are extremely difficult to beat when Jrue plays well

First 3 games 0-3
29% from the field and 6 assist per game

Last 3 games 2-1
51% from the field and 7 assist per game

We need someone else who can consistently score around Jrue, Moore, AD and DC.

I like what Solomon hill does that doesn't show up on the score sheet, especially his ability to keep the play alive, which he did a lot tonight. However, he is not a consistent scorer, and I feel Cunningham has digressed as a player this year.

An elite 3pt shooter who can play wing is what I want.

Well yeah.. I mean it is pretty important to have a competent player that is the primary ball handler and runs the offense

I agree and I disagree. The team moves as its role players do

In this Lakers game, the "Other Guys" had one good quarter. In the third, Hill hit a few shots, Thompson had a few steals and tough rebounds. And in that quarter, the Pels won 28-14

Now that he isn't playing scared anymore, you kinda know what you are getting from Jrue. You know AD and Cousins will be fine. If the other guys don't play like dog dookie, the Pels will look good. If those guys play well, the Pels will look great

I mean, look at the blown lead-- that was a stretch where Hill and Cunningham were putting up bricks. Therein lies the difference

Is it his 40% from three this year that makes you feel this way?
He can guard almost everyone on the court, hits 40% of his threes, and is a good slasher and finisher at the rim, making almost league minimum money. What more do you want?
He does everything you want Hill to do, just better, and for $9M less.

If there's a way to keep him and get rid of Hill, that would go a long way to making this team better in the offseason, assuming they pick up a legit SF.
