Geico said no, Im just trying to figure out who you guys use. I'm also worried if something actually happens they will just say that my boat was over powered and its my fault.

Yeah I was just joking but really wondered about the legality. I have no clue and am anxious to read what comes.

I'm don't think you will find an insurance company to insure an overpowered boat.
