If your state is already legal and regulated I think you'll be ok for at least the next 4 years. The political and economic ramifications of really going after regulated MJ have to be considered, especially before re-election has been won.
If you are transporting legal weed out of legal states and flipping it out of state, or have illegal grow for profit operations, yeah, you might need to worry. The old doctor selling MMJ cards off the Venice beach boardwalk? Hmm. maybe him too.
Could see cracking down on weed leaving legal areas, and unregulated grows, being the happy medium that both fits the old school GOP "tough on crime" while not really pissing off states and voters who are following the rules.

First off, who in the flying goddamn frick buys Mexican weed? Most of the weed is either from Colorado, California, or Canada. The only ones who buy brick weed are poor people and middle schoolers.
Also the gateway theory? Really? You do realize that theory has been busted fo years now right?

Political minefield and too risky. I would be shocked if they went after legal or medical MJ.

The marijuana issue has been debated at length here so we won't rehash - the benefits I have seen from living in Denver for 3 years speak for themselves.

Trillion dollar public works campaign, attacking state decriminalization of marijuana, telling local law enforcement who to put in their jails? Trump and his crew are expanding federal government power and spending. Bigger government with bigger deficits.

The man is entitled to his opinion.I disagree with him.
I'll be pissed and alarmed if President Trump directs the AG to go into Colorado,etc..and act on his opinion.
I've lived under Marijuana Prohibition my whole life.I do enjoy the product that is coming out of these Legalized States.
The guy I know go through a lot of product. But he keeps Mexican Brick dirt weed because some people won't pay the $100 a 1/4,$50 an 1/8 for the good. They'd rather pay $40 a 1/4 and smoke a joint of crap every 2 hours.

Damn even the crap weed has gone up since I had to quit smoking. Used to be 20$ quarters and 60$ ounces

You smoker idiots do not realize "going after it" is actually doing you a favor if it is as popular as you say because it will drive you to get up off the couch and change the law instead of this half arse illegal alien shite of picking laws to obey and ignore

I hope your trolling I really do because there is a lot of ignorance in this statement. The American public has no say over removing the schedule of a substance.

actually you can't go get a bottle of xanax at the same place you get cigarettes and whiskey because cvs and walgreens stopped selling cigarettes. It's a scheduled drug that you need a prescription for.
the big difference you dopeheads don't understand between medicine and marijuana is that medications are made in labs by nice clean americans and asians and weed is grown by mexican cartels and they probably poo in the fields when they're growing it
but you're addicted so you don't really care i guess
I'm really hoping this is satire.
