For all the cartoon antics surrounding Trump and his media coverage, Pence just oozes professionalism and authority.

If he can show a willingness to be more strict on Israel and not dip his toes too far into the social mud slinging contest, I'd be all aboard the Pence train in 2020 or 2024.

Biden made anyone look like the next President.

He does seem to be the only adult in the room.

He is an impressive guy.

Also, he is the first VP in my adult life that could probably whip my arse.

Right on...very professional. Maybe we should refer to Mike Pence as "future president" Mike Pence.

Watching a mailbox turn to rust is more exciting than watching Pence.

He is still the best decision Trump has made as a politician

At this point, I'd rather have Pence as President.

I personally don't give a rat's arse what he thinks about Israel.

He has to be the best VP I've seen in my lifetime.

As a nation we are truly blessed to have him as our VP.

Agreed. I didn't know anything about him until last Summer, but he has been very impressive. Although, I'm with Trump in 2020 as long as he's still vital at 74.

As for his pro-Israel stance & the fact that he's a social conservative is concerned, I'm generally good with that, too.

Who knows how it will play out? Let's assume Trump is moderately successful. Will Trump anoint Pence as his successor, or will he want to keep it in the family? And if the answer is the latter, is it Ivanka? Maybe her husband Jared? He's Jewish, but would that matter?

PS - Technically Ivanka is Jewish, too, but America doesnt see her as Jewish. For the record, I have Jewish ancestry & don't care. But, would a portion of America?

All in all, I would be happy with Pence.

Pence would have gotten like 2 delegates if he had run for president and would have dropped out by SC.

He's nothing without Trump

I don't care for his crazy religious shite but he's been a consummate professional thus far. That is more than we can say about the POTUS.

Pence has been a perfect politician and very very savvy with his only frick up being the botched RFRA bill in Indiana that pretty much derailed a potential 2016 bid of his own before it got started and that put his reelection as Indiana Governor in huge danger.

He was in quite the pickle last july as he was weighting two long shot bids. Reelection as Indiana Governor which was going to be a dog fight or run as Donald Trump's running mate which many republicans saw as a career ender and avoided like the plague.

Pence gambled on Trump and won bigly and I couldn't be any more happier for him than I am right now as he's a great political comeback story and I love those.

If you play your cards right you can have Pence 2018.
