We've spent a lot of money fighting them too

It would be the worse than the middleastern wars. They're hard to distinguish between them and locals. The biggest difference between the two is that one is on our border and has completely infiltrated our country.
As treblehook said, we do fight them but haven't officially waged war on them. I wonder what it would take for that to happen.

I advise anyone that has not watched these TO NOT.
Over 15 years have passed and still can't shake my visits to Ogrish.

Mexico needs to be ruled by a dictator.

Makes no sense. You really think if the cartels wanted into the US that a wall will stop them? Come on dude, use your brain. The only people the wall will keep out are the people being murdered in the videos.

Yeah a wall definitely isn't the answer, but it'll help. I have a feeling cartels are there to stay in Mexico. It'll take legalizing drugs to really put a dent in the cartels

My coworker showed me one couple years ago. It was the zetas and sinolas with one who got his head cut off with a chainsaw and i was like wtf. I never want to see that kind of stuff ever again.

I haven't looked into this myself, but how was the proliferation of legalized weed impacted the cartels?
Do they have less money? Do they just focus their efforts on other drugs?

Yes, they lost money.

Yes they have doubled down on "Ice" and Heroin to offset the lost revenue.

Ever watched the Mujahideen execute a Soviet soldier?
They stomp a knife in the middle of his throat and cut his head off while he's screaming

This.
Coke has gotten cheaper and more commonplace, for one example.

Hell naw. I watched the Daniel Pearl video back in the day and that shite stuck with me forever. I almost passed out on the spot and to see the facial expression and then skin tone change when the head separates the body, that shite is fricked up.

Coke supply has stayed about the same....maybe even decreased a little.
Crystal Meth has replaced cocaine in a lot of places.

How does the face change?

This shite is happening in our country and we don't know it.
I don't mean to say it's nearly on the scale as Mexico, but there's a lot that happens out of sight

Legalizing weed didn't lose the cartels anything, they just spend their time on meth and heroin. Meth has become a huge import for cartels and is way more cost effective

I saw one like that before. What was so eerie about it was that before they did it, they were talking to him asking him his name, etc. And you could just see how sick to his stomach he was, that he knew what was coming.

That is what gets me about these videos. The victims just stand there. I know they're freaked out of their minds, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna make it easy for them.

They've been tortured extensively pre-execution
