Good. It's amazing how many judges and DA's don't want you to know about it.

I'm a big fan of jury nullification. After getting older and meeting some our state legislators here in LA, I don't think those self serving jack asses are any more qualified to decide someone's punishment than I am.

Title is misleading.

It only passed the NH House, and still has to go to the NH Senate. Last time this bill was considered it passed the House but died in the Senate.

I agree with the concept but NH is still a long way away from implementing it.

New Hampshire has the best state government of any place in the country.
