Does Carlito's Way count? Because I can't NOT watch that movie every time it comes on.
Goodfellas falls off in the 3rd act, IMO, even though I still love it. I just may not rank it as high as others.
Donnie Brasco is up there.
Another underrated comedy mob film is My Blue Heaven. How in the world did Steve Martin pull off that role, I just don't know, but he goddamn well nailed it!

1. Goodfellas;
2. Casino;
3. Once Upon A Time In America;
4. Miller's Crossing;
5. Mean Streets;
6. Little Caesar.
Some that may or not fit your definition of La Cosa Nostra (Sicilian Mafia) would be Road To Perdition, Gomorrah (but that's Naples Mafia), King Of New York, True Romance, Cop Land, and Ghost Dog.

2. Bronx Tale
I can watch the hippy biker scene on a loop.

I'm not a big fan of A Bronx Tale.
A few things didn't seem consistent. Sonny was always telling C "the working man is a sucker" and whatnot, but also "this life isn't for you." Their relationship didn't make much sense to me. I did like the scenes in the streets though.

A. Does not belong in the list, and B. Is about the Irish mob (loosely White Bulger) not La Cosa Nostra.
