Two issues with this statement. First, it's not like the cable industry in which service is restricted to specific regions/areas. For instance, Cox Cable is available in our area but Comcast is not.

Second, cell phone service companies are actually competing for your business. What's the alternative? Government control of the industry and there's no competition?

Yeah, this isn't collusion at all, it's responding to competition. Ever since the feds blocked the TMobile AT&T merger, TMobile has been forcing AT&T and Verizon to offer better options and pricing. If they hadn't blocked that merger we'd have much worse options than we do now.

I disagree here. They all price their shite the same and roll everything out at the same time. There has to be some communication between them.

Please god no government involvement
