I haven't laughed out loud or been so proud after any other PC that I've ever seen.

quote:

Honest
You can't really think he's honest. Not only is he now a politician, so honesty is usually a disqualifier, but he's had some easily verifiable and blatant lies and dishonest statements (evidence to support the birther conspiracy; implying Ted Cruz's father was part of the JFK assassination).

But if he's an honest guy, then his judgement is questionable like:
quote:

"Hillary is smart, tough and a very nice person, so is her husband. Bill Clinton was a great president. They are fine people. Hillary was roughed up by the media, and it was a tough campaign for her, but she's a great trooper.
And most disturbingly:
quote:

I know Hillary and I think she'd make a great president or vice-president.
For his sake, I hope that was a lie because that level of poor judgement is concerning.

Wait I spit out my drink.

That's funny

He is "honest" except for the lies he likes to tell. The man is deluded.

I think the word you were looking for isn't honest what is candid. Not that I have a problem with that. I find the candor to be refreshing

Sounds like he's not going with partisan groupspeak. He wanted to be president, so he ran; he ran against her, and engaged in standard rules of politics.

But let's be honest, and not Repub/Dem for a second. Hillary was a senator, a Secretary of State, and First Lady for 8 years. She's not Bob, the guy who works at the tire shop. I'm pretty sure she would have been technically competent. I just didn't care for the ideas she endorsed.

Trump's a successful businessman (which is a dictator), so we should expect a learning curve as he transitions to democratic governmental rules. What I hope is that his basic intent is carried out, while he gets his feet wet.

I just post Trump's comments praising "the Queen" calling her a "very nice person," and that she would make a "great president and vice-president."

And although they're TRUMP'S comments, and I call them POOR JUDGEMENT, your conclusion is I'm complaining that "the Queen" don't win.

The only person complimenting "the Queen" was Trump. So the mental gymnastics you had to use there are astounding; either that, or you didn't realize (or read) Trump was her loyal servant.

Sure, and the standard rules usually require dishonesty. I get it, but it's absurd to call him honest.

Like when he said he has the largest electoral victory since Reagan and wouldn't backtrack when presented with the truth?
