Also, be real with me. It does feel good to get the flowers and have the other women see it happen. Right?

As much as I hate to pay ten times what it would cost me to pick up better quality flowers from say, Fresh Market. Getting flowers delivered to the GF's office on Valentine's day is just a damn given, even though she told me no gifts, we all know what that means....

If you make your wife work, you're better off saving that flower money for more useful purchases like menthol cigarettes

The beauty of not having any coworkers.
Flowers at work are fine and I would still be grateful, but really they're just more convenient at home. It is hard to transport flowers once they're all set up in a vase.
Being real with you, though, it seems like lots of women DO like them at the office. So don't go by me and get in trouble.

I sent her a package with handcuffs, a cock ring, and a vibrator. Should have arrived by now, though...
odd.

Can I call and have them deliver? Or do I have to go there in person?

They don't deliver. Unless you live in different cities/states, why do they need to be delivered? Just bring them home on your way home from work. Peel the price tag off ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

If she hates her coworkers then it's a great move since it'll make them all jelly.

I've used whole foods via instacart for this purpose.

We really need that errand-running app you see in big cities. Spend $5-$10 to get them to pick up flowers from Trader Joe's and deliver them.
shite, I'll pick out, pick up, and deliver all you people's flowers for cost of flowers ($10) + $5-$10 delivery fee!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Older women love flowers
Posted on 2/10/17 at 2:33 pm to tke857
yes, but its better to deliver them in person, which is what I've done more of lately. It means more that you took your time to pick them out and bring them personally and give her a big smack on the lips. Also florist delivery is ridiculously expensive and you may get crappy flowers. Its a risky.

quote:you can do both. I agree that my wife loves to brag and show her co-workers how sweet I am. but it works better when I deliver them myself. Also good to do on a non holiday/birthday day with lunch or flowers. Those are the best. But its the show in front of others that seems to count.
is unoriginal and cliche. On a random day, drive to her work, leave flowers inside her car with a card that says, "Just Because" ^^^^ This guy doesn't get it. You don't send flowers to work so she'll appreciate you or any of that bs. You send flowers to her work so she can show her female co-workers that she is special/loved/whatever. It is what it is.

Nope, all my wife wants for Vday is a box of nice chocolates and we share them. Sort of a tradition.
Been happily married 16 years. I buy her flowers on my way home sometimes. Flowers out of the blue go a lot further than on Vday.
